• Income: from ~€2,400–€3,000 / month
• You cannot work in Spain
• Duration: 1 year → extension for 2 years
• Often used as a “plan B” / for living

💼 Service fee (all-inclusive)

• €3,000 — main applicant
• €1,000 — each additional applicant

📌 Requirements

For Digital Nomad:

• Income from €2,950 / month
• €1,000 — second family member
• €500 — each additional
• Contract / freelance work
• 3 years of experience or a diploma
• Income confirmed for the last 3 months

For Non-Lucrative:

• Income / savings from ~€2,400–€3,000 / month
• Proof of financial means
• No right to work

For both options:

• No criminal record (apostilled certificates)
• Family documents (marriage / children)

⏱ Timeline

• Preparation: 2–4 weeks
• Processing: 1–3 months
• Total process: ~2–3 months

💳 Payment terms

• 50% — upon signing the contract
• 50% — before submission (within 2 months)
