provided to and verified by the payment provider as part of the account verification procedure.

1. General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes an official public offer of the Contractor to enter into an agreement
for the provision of services under the terms and conditions set forth below.
1.2. Payment of an issued invoice, payment link, or bill, as well as checking the checkbox
confirming acceptance of this Offer, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of
this Offer by the Client.
1.3. From the moment of payment, the Client is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted
all terms of this Offer.
1.4. This Offer governs the relationship between the Contractor and the person specified in the
invoice, payment form, or the person who has actually made the payment for the services
(hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. The Contractor provides consulting and support services related to the process of obtaining a
residence permit in Spain.
2.2. The services may include:
— consultations regarding residence permit options;
— provision of a list of required documents;
— review and organization of documents;
— preparation of application forms and questionnaires;
— organization of appointments for submission;
— support during the submission process;
— informing the Client about the status of the application;
— other related services within the selected service package.
2.3. The specific scope of services, number of applicants, service fees, and other conditions are
specified in the relevant invoice, payment form, or payment link.
2.4. The Contractor is not a government authority and does not make decisions regarding
approval, refusal, processing times, or issuance of residence permits.2.5. The Contractor does not provide tax, investment, accounting, or financial advice unless
expressly agreed separately in writing.
2.6. The Contractor undertakes to provide services professionally, in good faith, and in the best
interests of the Client throughout the process.
2.7. The Contractor undertakes to maintain transparent communication with the Client regarding
the stages of the process and material updates related to the application.

3. Payment Procedure and Acceptance of the Offer
3.1. Payment for services may be made via:
— bank card;
— Apple Pay;
— Google Pay;
— bank transfer;
— or any other payment method available through the payment system.
3.2. The service fee, list of services, number of applicants, and other conditions are specified in
the relevant invoice, payment form, or payment link.
3.3. The service fee is determined by the Contractor on the date of issuing the invoice or payment
link and may be changed by the Contractor unilaterally prior to payment.
3.4. An invoice, bill, or payment link remains valid for 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of
issue unless otherwise specified.
3.5. Payment shall be made as follows:
— 50% (fifty percent) of the service fee is payable upon acceptance of this Offer and/or
commencement of services;
— the remaining 50% (fifty percent) shall be paid before submission of the documents to the
relevant government authority, consulate, or other authorized body, regardless of whether
submission is online or offline, but no later than 3 (three) months from the date of the first
payment.
3.5.1. Each separate payment constitutes payment for a corresponding stage of the services and
shall not be considered an independent standalone service.
3.5.2. The first payment confirms the commencement of services and reservation of the
Contractor’s resources for supporting the Client.
3.5.3. The second payment constitutes a mandatory part of the total service fee and shall be
payable regardless of the method of submission of documents, provided that the Contractor has
commenced the provision of services.
3.5.4. In the event of non-payment of the second part of the service fee, the Contractor shall have
the right to suspend support services, submission of documents, and any further actions related to
the Client’s case.3.6. If the preparation or collection of documents by the Client exceeds 3 (three) months, the Client
remains obliged to pay the remaining part of the service fee regardless of the actual submission
date.
3.7. Payment may be made either by the Client or by a third party acting in the interests of the
Client. The person making the payment confirms that they have authority to act in the interests of
the Client.
3.8. Partial or full payment for services, as well as confirmation of acceptance of this Offer,
constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
3.8.1. By making payment, the Client confirms that the services are custom, personalized, and
immediately commenced upon payment and therefore may not be subject to automatic
cancellation or refund rights.

4. Service Fees
4.1. The service fee is specified in the relevant invoice, bill, or payment form.
4.2. The service fee includes consulting and support services related to the preparation of
documents within one residence permit application procedure.
The method of submission of documents is determined individually depending on the chosen basis
for obtaining the residence permit and may be carried out:
— by the Contractor;
— independently by the Client;
— through a consulate;
— through online government platforms;
— or by any other method permitted by applicable law.
Independent submission of documents by the Client shall not constitute non-performance by the
Contractor and shall not serve as grounds for a refund.
4.3. The following are not included in the service fee:
— government fees;
— consular fees;
— document translations;
— notarial services;
— notarized translations;
— third-party services;
— medical insurance;
— travel expenses;
— apostilles;
— legalization of documents;
— courier and postal expenses;
— bank commissions;
— additional legal procedures;
— appeals;
— repeated applications;
— and any other additional expenses that may arise during the preparation, submission, and
review of documents.4.4. All additional expenses shall be paid separately by the Client.
4.4.1. Upon agreement with the Client, the Contractor may arrange payment of additional
expenses related to preparation, translation, notarization, legalization, submission of documents,
government fees, third-party services, and other related expenses.
4.4.2. Such expenses may be paid:
— directly by the Client;
— or by the Contractor on behalf of and in the interests of the Client, with subsequent
reimbursement by the Client.
4.4.3. The Contractor may issue separate invoices or payment links for additional expenses.
4.4.4. Any substantial additional costs shall be communicated to the Client in advance whenever
reasonably possible.
4.5. The Contractor’s fee includes exclusively consulting and support services related to obtaining
a residence permit in Spain.
4.6. The Contractor shall not be obliged to cover any Client expenses at the Contractor’s own cost.

5. Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Contractor shall:
— act in good faith;
— provide services within the selected scope;
— inform the Client about significant stages of the process.
5.2. The Client shall:
— provide documents and information in a timely manner;
— provide accurate and truthful information;
— comply with deadlines;
— independently ensure the availability of required documents and financial means.
5.2.1. The Client bears full responsibility for the authenticity, legality, validity, completeness, and
accuracy of all documents and information provided.
5.3. The Contractor may engage third parties and partners for the performance of certain tasks
without additional approval from the Client.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Contractor does not guarantee approval of the residence permit, any positive
governmental decision, or compliance with specific processing timelines.
6.2. Decisions regarding approval or refusal of a residence permit are made exclusively by the
governmental authorities of Spain.
6.3. The Contractor shall not be liable for:
— changes in legislation;— actions or omissions of governmental authorities;
— processing delays;
— refusal of a residence permit;
— actions of consulates;
— actions of banks;
— actions of third parties;
— inability to obtain appointments;
— changes in submission procedures;
— technical failures of payment systems or government platforms.
6.4. The Contractor shall not be liable for consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or
untimely information or documents provided by the Client.
6.5. The Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, financial, reputational,
migration-related, business, travel, accommodation, tax, relocation, or other losses incurred by the
Client.
6.6. In any event, the total liability of the Contractor shall not exceed the amount actually paid by
the Client for the relevant services.
6.7. The Contractor shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services caused by force
majeure circumstances, including but not limited to:
— government restrictions;
— strikes;
— technical failures;
— war;
— pandemics;
— changes in immigration procedures;
— consular delays;
— transportation disruptions;
— or other circumstances beyond the Contractor’s reasonable control.
6.8. The Contractor does not guarantee availability of appointments, interview dates, biometric
appointments, or specific submission timelines.

7. Refund Policy
7.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide services in good faith and make reasonable efforts to
achieve a positive outcome for the Client.
7.2. In the event of a documented error by the Contractor directly resulting in refusal of the
residence permit, the Client may submit a request for a refund.
7.3. Determination of the Contractor’s fault shall be based on official documents, factual
circumstances, and actions of the Parties.
7.4. The Contractor shall not be liable and payments shall not be refundable in cases including,
but not limited to:
— refusal by governmental authorities;
— changes in legislation;
— changes in immigration rules;
— actions or omissions of consulates, immigration authorities, banks, or third parties;— inaccurate, false, incomplete, or untimely information or documents provided by the Client;
— concealment of information by the Client;
— violation by the Client of governmental requirements;
— inability to obtain appointments or delays in processing;
— circumstances beyond the Contractor’s control.
7.4.1. In the event of additional requests, requirements, or notifications from governmental
authorities, consulates, or other organizations, any further support, preparation of additional
documents, explanations, translations, or other related actions shall be charged separately if such
requests did not arise due to the Contractor’s fault.
The cost of such additional services shall be agreed separately by the Parties.
7.5. Payments made by the Client shall be deemed payment for reservation of time, organization
of the process, document analysis, support, and other actions performed by the Contractor.
7.6. Services shall be deemed commenced and actually provided from the moment the Contractor
performs any action related to fulfillment of this Offer, including but not limited to:
— consultations;
— provision of document lists;
— review of documents;
— preparation of forms and files;
— communication with the Client;
— recommendations and instructions;
— organization of the submission process;
— interaction with governmental authorities, consulates, or third parties.
7.7. After commencement of services, payments shall not be refundable except as expressly
provided in clause 7.2 of this Offer.
7.8. Services shall also be deemed properly rendered in cases where:
— the Client independently decides not to submit documents;
— the Client ceases communication;
— the Client fails to provide documents or information;
— the Client violates submission deadlines;
— documents are submitted independently by the Client;
— governmental authorities change rules, timelines, or procedures.
Such circumstances shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
7.9. The Client confirms that any payment made under this Offer constitutes confirmation that the
services have been ordered, accepted, and commenced by the Contractor.
7.10. The absence of written objections from the Client within 5 (five) calendar days after any
stage of services, communication, consultation, document review, preparation, or support shall
constitute acceptance of the services as properly rendered and accepted by the Client.
7.11. Electronic correspondence, transfer of documents, consultations, recommendations,
preparation of forms, communication via messengers, email, or payment confirmations may be
used as evidence of proper provision of services.
7.12. The Client’s refusal to continue the process, inability to travel, change of personal
circumstances, change of plans, or voluntary decision not to proceed with submission shall not
constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Confidentiality and Personal Data
8.1. The Parties undertake not to disclose confidential information obtained during cooperation.
8.2. The Contractor may use anonymized information and statistics for internal analysis and
service improvement purposes.
8.3. The Client consents to processing and storage of personal data and documents for the
purposes of providing the services under this Offer.

9. Final Provisions
9.1. This Offer shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
9.2. The Parties confirm their intention to cooperate in good faith and jointly strive toward
fulfillment of the objectives and achievement of the intended result within the framework of this
Offer.
9.3. The Parties undertake to first attempt to resolve any disputes, disagreements, or claims
through negotiations and verbal communication.
9.4. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Malaga, Spain.
9.5. The Contractor may amend this Offer without prior notice. The new version shall enter into
force from the moment of publication.
9.6. The Parties recognize the legal validity of electronic messages, notifications, documents,
invoices, and confirmations transmitted via email, messengers, payment systems, and other
electronic means of communication.
9.7. This Offer is valid in electronic form and does not require handwritten signatures.
9.8. The current version of this Offer is available via the link specified in the payment form or on
the Contractor’s website.

10. General List of Documents for Obtaining a Residence Permit in Spain
The list below is based on the requirements of Spanish consulates and official immigration
sources.
The final list of required documents is prepared individually for each applicant and may vary
depending on:
— country of application;
— nationality;
— chosen residence permit type;
— family composition;
— source of income;— immigration status;
— consulate requirements;
— and other individual circumstances.
Certain documents listed below may not be required in every case, while additional documents
may be requested by Spanish authorities, consulates, or immigration offices at any stage of the
process.

14. Criminal record certificate with apostille from all countries where the applicant has resided
during recent years.
15. Medical insurance valid in Spain.
16. Medical certificate (if required by the consulate).
17. Proof of accommodation in Spain:
— rental agreement;
— accommodation booking;
— invitation letter;
— or other supporting documents.
Family Documents
18. Marriage certificate (if applicable).
19. Birth certificates of children (if applicable).
20. Proof of financial dependency of family members (if required).
